In Vinyasa, you'll move through sequences that build heat, strength, and flexibility, all while cultivating a meditative rhythm. It's a journey of continuous motion, linking physical postures (asanas) with the ebb and flow of your breath (pranayama).
We offer Vinyasa I and Vinyasa II, which are designed for students of varying yoga experience. On our schedule, you will also see Mindful Vinyasa: this is a blend of both Vinyasa Yoga and meditation. Surrender
Surrender utilizes relaxing asanas held for extended periods of time to help improve one's mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. Designed to be foundational for one's yoga practice, this class encourages students to slow down, breathe, and find a meditative state while holding postures.
