Sound Healing Sessions
Sound is an incredible tool that we often forget is at our disposal. While it may sound counterintuitive, sound healing can actually help quiet the mind and body.
Sound bathing is an ancient healing technique with a wide range of benefits, including, but not limited to: calming the nervous system, enhancing creativity, reducing stress, and balancing the body’s chakras.
In our sound healing sessions, Maddi uses several sound tools, including drums and crystal bowls, and provides blankets and bolsters for her students. Each session is generally accompanied by a mellow yoga flow at the start of the workshop to prepare your body for the sounds that follow. What do you have to bring? A filled water bottle, your yoga mat, and yourself!
